By accessing or using skip dat at https://www.skipdat.co.uk, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old. You must provide accurate information when signing in with Google. One person per account — do not share accounts or evade bans.

You may use skip dat for lawful personal video chat. You must not engage in nudity, sexual content, harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, or any illegal activity. Virtual cameras (e.g. OBS) are not permitted. See our Community Guidelines for full rules.

We may warn, suspend, or permanently ban users who violate our rules. Bans may apply to your account and, in serious cases, your IP address. Banned users may request restoration by paying £10.00 via PayPal — payment does not guarantee reinstatement if abuse was severe. Admin decisions are final.

skip dat is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, match availability, or the behaviour of other users. Use at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, skip dat and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or interactions with other users.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
